Burwain Sailing Club

Burwain Sailing Club is a fantastic sailing club in a superbly scenic setting. Located on a 90-acre lake, the club offers great sailing facilities to visitors and members alike, as well as excellent boat storage, with easy access and launching. A safe sailing environment and good learning facilities assure that those with less experience are in extremely good care.

The full racing programme lasts from March to December, with full Class and Handicap racing. The club is accessible seven days a week, with a personal 'Club' key. Club boats are available for hire. Both members and visitors have full use of a secure clubhouse, with changing and showers, a large wet room and galley. And, after a long day on the water, enjoy the privilege of the club's smart lounge and licenced bar, of simply relax on the south facing viewing terrace.

A wide variety of boats are sailed at the club, including GP14, Laser, Solo, Asymetrics, Topper, Mirror and mixed handicap - and the occasional windsurf to boot!
