Higham Scarecrow Festival is held over the three days of the August Bank Holiday weekend in this beautiful and historic village. If you haven't visited us yet, the 2014 Scarecrow Festival provides you with another opportunity to admire the gateway to the most spectacular Lancashire countryside in the foothills surrounding Pendle Hill.
This years theme is "Characters from comics & cartoons". Entry maps will be available at £2.00 from the village hall, at the top of the village, or the gazebo at the bottom entrance to the village.
Beginning at 11am until 6pm, its a "must visit" for every member of the family, young and 'not so young' alike !
