The property is in a peaceful, rural location situated between The Forest of Bowland and Pendle Forest which will appeal to walkers, cyclist and guest wanting a relaxing break from a hectic lifestyle. Both cottages enjoy impressive views, particulary Jenny Wrens. Mrs Wagtails is all on the ground floor.

Entrance to both cottages is via a galleried hall, with feature stonework, exposed beams and fully tiled floor.

Both cottages have fully equipped kitchens and have fully tiled en-suite shower rooms. Mrs wagtails has twin beds whilst Jenny Wrens has a double bed. Both cottages have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and offer much comfort.

GREEN STATEMENT: 'By encouraging sustainable practices the scheme ensures the continued enjoyment around us for future generation. Some of the main steps we have taken to reduce our impact are:-
- Making sure existing hedgerows are managed to encourage nesting birds, small animals and wild flowers. We also have bird boxes on buildings around the farm.
- We have a high efficiency boiler.
- We have excellent insulation and double glazed units throughout the cottages.
- We recycle glass, plastic, tin and paper and compost goes to the farm
- We encourage sustainable tourism by providing information on walking and cycling both in Pendle and the Forest of Bowland, and actively promote the monthly walks'.
