If you just want to relax, watch the world go by or help with locks and swing bridges then Five Star Lady Teal is for you. Transport to and from your securely parked car or local public transport is all part of the Five Star experience.

Lady Teal is a magnificent hotel boat offering the break you want and all your food and drinks are included.

A holiday on Lady Teal is a traditional hotel boat holiday with the added dimensions that our luxurious newly built boat provides. Lady Teal is a home away from home with all cabins fully en-suite, sprung mattresses on all the good size beds, powerful hot showers , TV/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities , under floor heating and flushing toilets.

A day cruising may see you helping with swing bridges and locks or relaxing in the lounge watching the world go by with a glass of wine in one hand and a book in the other. When we moor up, have pre-dinner drinks on the Star Deck before a superb four course dinner.
Whilst you relax I (Nick) skipper, the boat and Gina prepare the outstanding food. Homemade cakes and cookies are available throughout the day with splendid lunches and sumptuous dinners.

Lady Teal is a purpose built wide beam hotel boat, drifting along the waterway. Our bright airy lounge is a retreat where you can watch the world waft past. Our guests have said: "..best break ever..see you again next year” (they have already booked) and “..we feel so rejuvenated".
This is our enchanting home on the water; join us in our escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Walking
If you want to walk the stunning countryside of Yorkshire and Lancashire then what better base than Lady Teal?
There’s no packing and unpacking because, instead of moving your luggage to the next hotel, we move the hotel! This means that each day is a new starting point for another fabulous walk. Either plan your own routes or use one of the routes provided. Take a packed lunch, stop off at a pub or meet up with Lady Teal for lunch.
After a long days walking come back to a powerful shower, cocktails or a beer on the Star Deck , a gorgeous four course meal and a cruise.

If you want to stop walking at lunchtime and cruise to the evenings meeting place, then of course you can.

If someone fancies a day off or is not a walker then stay on board, walk the towpath, help with locks and swing bridges, or just relax and watch the world drift by.
