A parade (begins at 10.30 a.m. from the British Legion), a service at the War Memorial, WW1 object handling, brass bands, clog dancing, a trench experience at the Hippodrome, films and talks at the Little Theatre, a Recruitment Centre at the Gables, a WW1 exhibition at the Library, plus Trace Your Family event, a sensory experience in The Market, a display on the role of animals in WW1, a recreation of Colne Town Council's 1914 Canteen and 1914 Photographer's Studio, a craft tent for children and flashmob drama all over the town all afternoon! Not to be missed!!!
