To celebrate Barnoldswick winning the “Local Centre” category of the Great British High Street Awards and to bring some festivity to February, The Town Centre Action Group with the support of Barnoldswick Town Council is putting on a one day event.

We are writing to invite you, as a local food related business, to participate. This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your business in a fun way to local residents and beyond. Come and capitalize on the winning of the first ever Great British High Street competition.
We want active, hands on activities to get mouths watering and to motivate budding cooks to start and experienced cooks to try new ideas.
Due to the time of year we will be erecting a large marquee on the Town Square where you can book a slot to showcase your enterprise so there will be no worries about the weather.
Suggested ideas include:
Demo Kitchen Tastings Guess the pie filling Biscuit Decorating Vegetable Quiz Fruit Clocks Heart Shaped food Marmalade competition Potato printing. Vegetable musical instruments. Farm to fork Quiz.
