Higham Scarecrow Festival - Children's Books & Children's TV

Higham village will again be welcoming visitors to the 2013 Scarecrow Festival.

As usual, it takes place over the three days of the August Bank Holiday ( 24th to the 26th August ), and we look forward to welcoming your whole family to this enjoyable event. As always, the Village Hall refreshments will be available.

This years theme is "Children's Books & Children's TV".

This year we are adding to the fun with Sharland's Amusements mounting a traditional funfair on the recreation ground. This will begin on Friday evening (23rd) and will then be open, over the holiday weekend, from 12 noon until 9pm.
