Guided walks

Nordic Walking in Pendle
Nordic walking is one of the fastest growing activities in the country. It uses specially designed poles as an enhancement of your normal walking technique. As a result it is a great low impact way to improve your health and wellbeing and burns more calories than regular walking.

We run weekly beginners technique classes and regular group walks, poles are provided. Come and join us and see the many health benefits whilst walking with a group.
