About

A sculpture of Alice Nutter, who was hanged for witchcraft in 1612, will be unveiled in Roughlee, the village where she lived, on the 14th of April 2012. PLEASE NOTE THE UNVEILING HAS BEEN POSTPONED - THE NEW DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN FUTURE
The sculpture will commemorate Alice Nutter's departure to Lancaster and raise awareness of the true story of the Pendle witches.
