Come to Barnoldswick for Switch On Saturday and enjoy our fun filled afternoon, on Saturday 15th November.

This year's theme is 'Christmas Characters' and people are encouraged to dress in character costumes (though we hope that people remember there's only one Santa...).

Santa will be in his grotto between 12noon and 4pm with small gifts for children of primary school age and younger.

There'll be a lantern making workshop throughout the afternoon in preparation for the tea-time parade. more events on the Town Square, a Disco and live music will provide entertainment throughout the afternoon.

There will also be the Barnoldswick Market on the town centre streets and children's rides.

All the town council activities are free. There will be a collection for this year's Chairman's Charities, which are the Air Ambulances for Yorkshire and the North West. Donations are warmly welcomed.
