An easy 4 mile history walk from windswept moors to Ferndean Manor, exploring the landscape of Charlotte Brontë’s Jane Eyre. Dogs welcome.

No need to book.

This free guided walk is one of a number of walks and other events taking place to mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of famous literary genius, Charlotte Bronte, in 1816. Charlotte and her sisters often visited the beautiful village of Wycoller in Pendle, and Wycoller Hall was the model for Ferndean Manor in her novel "Jane Eyre".
