Madison Violet are an award winning, multi-instrumentalist duo from Toronto, Canada. Brenley MacEachern and Lisa MacIsaac have recently released 'The Knight Sessions' their new album that returns to their much loved rootsy/Americana sound. The depth of their songs and their personal delivery win over crowds from North America to Australia. With their song-writing prowess and stunning harmonies Madison Violet are taking things back to the Roots. With 6 albums under their belt, numerous awards including Vocal Group of the Year at the CFMAs and the International John Lennon Songwriting Award, Brenley and Lisa have proven once again, that they're among Canada's brightest songwriters.
Support comes from Manchester based Indigo Rose is inspired by a vast and eclectic range of artists, from Joni Mitchell to the Cocteau Twins.
To create her unique soundscapes; Indigo sings, plays guitar, harp, violin, ukulele and flute - while her band creates electronic textures underpinned by heavy drums to provide harmony and discord to Indigo's dreamlike sound.
Over the past 5 years, as a solo artist and as the front of other projects, Indigo Rose has supported James Blunt, Simon Townshend of The Who, Admiral Fallow, Emma Stevens, Ian Siegal, Della Lupa, The Cast, Marc O'Reilly, Johnny Hates Jazz, Lindisfarne and Cherry Ghost.
Indigo released her debut EP 'The Cold Spell' on the 20th of December 2016 at The Castle Hotel in Manchester's Northern Quarter. The EP, mastered at Abbey Road and produced by Richard Walker, has already been featured on BBC Introducing and BBC 6 Music.
